Where to find me
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
I blog in a number of places. Here’s a summary of where you can find me currently.
- Infotropism is my general-purpose blog on my personal website. Often techie, but also covers travel, politics, and whatever else is on my mind. If you know me professionally or quasi-professionally then this is what you probably want to read.
- My Livejournal, damned-colonial. General wittering; often lightweight and not very substantial. I use this to keep up with other friends on LJ and may post ephemeral or more personal stuff there. At times it is also my fannish journal. If you know me socially or through fandom you might want to read this.
- The OEConomist is my journal of domesticity. It’s part cooking blog, part craft blog, and part personal finance blog. If you know me through Ravelry or are of a domestic mindset, you might enjoy it.
- Freebase Blog is my work blog, where I talk about Freebase, the free database of all kinds of information. If you’re interested in creative commons, semantic web, or web mashups, then you should follow my work blog.
- Geek Etiquette is currently on hiatus but a lot of people seem to like it anyway. It’s a guide to manners and behaviour for geeks. If you have opinions on the subject, and would like to make a guest post on GE, I’m open to ideas.
In addition to the above, I’ve aggregated most of my online activities (at least those that generate an RSS feed) at planet.infotrope.net. If you want one place to stalk me, or links to where else I can be found (like Flickr, Twitter, del.icio.us, and the like) then that’s a good place to start.
