Error: in the "Combative" bullet point, it ends with "... being doing so."

Most of the communities I run tend to be on the collaborative end of the collaborative-caring spectrum. I have long been frustrated because I'd like to run them in a more caring way, but it seems that a lot of people consider non-ad hominem but non-handholding criticism or having their work fixed by someone else because it needs to be fixed RIGHT NOW to be a personal attack, and it's frustrating for me because I'm not good at handholding particularly when I'm pressed for time doing something that I have to do during breaks, etc.
